Course Check Sunday, May 5, 8:00 a.m.

Join us this Sunday, May 5, at 8:00 a.m. for our first official course check of the trail. Come out and get a feel for the terrain. If you’re a first timer, this is your opportunity to get to know the trail. If you ran the race last year, you’ll be familiar with most (but not all) of the trail so see what’s different. We’ll have it marked so meet us at the parking lot at Sprain Ridge Park at 8:00 a.m. We’ll have fun.

Take the Sprain Parkway to Jackson Ave exit. Approaching from the south make left off ramp, from the north make right onto Jackson Ave. Go ¼ mile and the Park entrance will be on your left hand side. Proceed to top of hill and park in main lot.
